Edge Research Principal Lisa Dropkin and Intuit marketing researcher Sue West will be co-facilitating a session at the 9th Annual Frost & Sullivan Marketing Research MindXChange in La Jolla, California on February 6, 2006. They will present lessons learned from the more than decade long research partnership between Edge and Intuit. Participants will how to recognize the limits of "tried and true" product testing. Dropkin and West will also discuss means of designing, implementing and gaining acceptance of new approaches to learning from the customer. Emphasis is on the two tracks of marketing research - listening to the voice of the customer and internalizing research findings to improve the company's ability to listen. The session will be highly interactive and participants are encouraged to share their insights and experiences.
