Gayle Vogel - Vice President

Gayle has more than ten years of experience designing, executing, and interpreting research results for clients in a wide array of industries including financial services, telecommunications, Internet, healthcare, advertising, retail, and consumer goods. Gayle says, “One of the most interesting things about my job is seeing how the same core marketing principles apply across various industries and business types. I enjoy learning a new client’s specific market challenges and interpreting the results of the research in that context.”
Gayle’s strengths are in quantitative research, including designing research methodologies to address client objectives, survey development, project management, and data analysis. She has worked on projects covering many research objectives, including customer satisfaction, advertising tracking, member retention, product definition, pricing, market segmentation, messaging, and branding. Gayle has experience on the qualitative side conducting in-depth interviews and designing, managing, and analyzing focus group results. She has also completed moderator training coursework with RIVA Market Research.
Prior to joining Edge Research, Gayle was a Senior Consultant with The Strategis Group, a telecommunications research group serving the broadband, wireless, cable, satellite, competitive telephony, and Internet industries. She laid the foundation of her career as a researcher with Opinion Research Corporation International in Princeton, NJ.
