Jon Kulok and Steve Hopkins founded Edge Research in 1997, after a decade working in the political opinion research space. Always interested in innovative new approaches and methodologies, they wanted to be among the first to tap into the power of the Internet as a channel through which to conduct marketing research more quickly and at a lower cost. Lisa Dropkin and Pam Loeb joined the company in 2001, adding qualitative research experience, a non-profit portfolio, and several additional technology companies.

Since that time, Edge has continued to grow its client portfolio, experienced and committed staff, and new methodologies and technologies every year.
